Unless stated otherwise, our products are either S925 Sterling Silver, S925 plated in 18K Rose Gold or Yellow Gold. They do not contain nickel and are considered hypoallergenic, suitable for sensitive skin.

• Items are shipped from Singapore and we ship Internationally (est ~ $10-$15 shipping fee).
• International Orders takes about 1 week to process and a tracking number will be provided.
• Self Pick up is only available to customers from Singapore for order above $500

• Items received with missing stones, defects etc must be reported within 10 days through our email with photos of the item attached
• Return postage for repairs will be borne by the buyer.
• Any exchange or refund will be only be for defective items.
• One-to-One exchange might not always be possible, if so, we will provide a credit of equivalent value to you.
